usual routine, habits and any special dietary or medical requirements.

We will
select the most suitable carer and arrange for you to meet them at no charge
and without obligation.

| 3.
When you have
met the carer, let us know if you wish to go ahead with the booking. If you
are not satisfied with our first choice of carer, we can introduce you to
another.

| 4.
To confirm
your booking, return the completed booking form along with booking fee.
|
| The same carer
will look after your pet for the duration of the booking.
