We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH. Terms and Conditions for Pet Nanny Please read carefully: The Client refers to the pet owner. The Company refers to Pet Nanny. 1. The Client is advised that the commencement of any services offered by the Company means that these terms have been read, understood and accepted by the Client. 2. The Client is advised that he is responsible for any costs which may be incurred, either veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident or damage caused to or by their pet/s and that any such costs must be paid to the Company immediately upon demand. The Client is responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times. 3. The Client understands the the Company acts only as an Agent and cannot be held liable or responsible for accidents or damage to or by pets whether caused by a third party or the act or omission of a pet sitter. 4. The Client agrees that the Company may make any decisions regarding their pets' health providing it is acting in the best interest of the pet and is on the advice of a qualified veterinary practitioner. 5. Whilst the Company carries out its own vetting procedure and is satisfied as to the reliability and trustworthiness of sitters, the Client is advised that the Company cannot accept responsibility for acts resulting in loss or damage, caused by or contributed to by the sitters. 6. Should a dog demonstrate aggressive behaviour, or if it becomes uncontrollable or a nuisance beyond a reasonable level, the Client agrees that their pet will be placed elsewhere until the Client returns. If it is deemed necessary by Pet Nanny, the pet may be put into a traditional boarding establishment. 7. The Client understands that pet sitters, introduced to them by Pet Nanny, are self-employed and not employees of Pet Nanny. 8. Due to the unpredictability of dogs, Pet Nanny cannot accept any responsibility whilst a dog is off the lead. 9. The Clients understands that the Company can exercise their statutory right to charge interest (at 8% above the Bank of England base rate) under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if the Client does not pay according to terms given in our current payment guide.
